Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The terms and conditions that govern the user's relationship with the Kolau platforms, described below, are hereby provided in Spanish, without prejudice to the fact that the reference in English constitutes an additional basis for their interpretation and that it may be supplemented in case of doubt by the assessment of the subsequent articles.

Kolau (Kolau, llc. and our subsidiaries and affiliated companies) aims to protect the privacy and information of its user companies. This Privacy Policy applies to information and data collected and compiled by Kolau on websites hosted on subdomains of the main web domain website.com and including (www.kolau.com, www.kolau.es, www.kolau.ru) or through other channels as described below. It also describes the options available to you regarding the use, access and correction of your personal data.

If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the websites. The user must comply at all times with the terms and conditions set forth in this legal notice. The user expressly states that he/she will use the portal diligently and assume any liability that may arise from non-compliance with the rules. Likewise, the user may not use the portal to transmit, store, disclose, promote or distribute data or content that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or harm the operation of any computer or telecommunications program or equipment.

Kolau updates the terms and conditions as well as this Privacy Policy regularly and periodically. Any changes in this regard will be published on this page. If the changes are more formal and structural, a notice will be sent by email within a period of 15 business days after the translation of the new terms and conditions and privacy policy on the websites mentioned above or that have an impact/effectiveness on the websites mentioned above.

Creation of web pages

Kolau, through its main portal website.com, offers the possibility of creating a web page whose use is governed by the terms and conditions in the current document, and by virtue of the agreements signed, if applicable, with government entities. These web pages are for the use and enjoyment of the user companies and Kolau reserves the right to access them for analysis for the benefit of the companies that use them, and to restrict access in the event of inappropriate use of the same in accordance with the usage policy and terms and conditions established in this regard. Web pages that infringe local, regional, or national laws are expressly prohibited, as well as those web pages that Kolau considers do not follow the usual company standards.

Acceptable usual standards: Acceptable usual standards are understood to be companies whose product or service is not within categories widely considered to violate the rights and integrity of people, Kolau reserving the ability to judge this concept. Examples would be web pages whose content is misleading, or for which there is reasonable cause to identify the source of the same as illegitimate, or the company is identified as not existing.

Access to the platform

Users can access different types of information and services through the portals described above. The Kolau portals reserve the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the information and services offered from the Kolau platforms described above. The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that at any time, any of the portals may interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel any information or service. In countries where there are public agreements with government entities, the provision of general data about user companies, which under this agreement do not issue any payment to Kolau or Kolau technologies, is governed by the current regulations set forth in this document without prejudice to the fact that the user always has the right to access and request that the data be deleted and that it cannot be shared with government entities with which the association agreements are signed for the benefit of the companies in the country.

Subscriptions

Unless otherwise indicated, subscriptions to Kolau are valid on a monthly basis and are recurring. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for any reason; cancellation, regardless of the product subscribed to, will not entitle you to a prorated use of the remaining time for the amount of time remaining in the month, if any.

When a Professional Plan subscription is cancelled before twelve months, the amount of the subscription will be charged as part of the cancellation. The cost of the domain will be 15 USD for .com and .es domains and 35 USD for the rest of the domains, charged in the user's local currency.

There is no contract between the parties or a temporary or defined requirement of permanence, the monthly payment being the only concept of exchange of goods in use. Any promotion indicated is valid for the time established in it, there being no obligation to maintain it and the original price, visible next to the promotion, being the price at which the subscription would revert when the promotion or offer ends. In the event that the time for which the offer is available is not indicated, it will be available indefinitely, or until there is a price update.

Kolau reserves the right to update the pricing policy at any time and for any reason, giving prior notice of a minimum of 30 days in the event that the price is subject to upward modifications.

Cookies

Kolau, through its multiple portals mentioned above, uses cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends anonymously. You can delete cookies at any time from your computer. However, cookies help provide a better service on websites; they do not give access to information on your computer or about you, unless you want it and provide it directly. You can accept or deny the use of cookies, however, most browsers automatically accept cookies because it serves to have a better web service.
